We are a strategic communications agency with offices in Kabul, Amman and Paris. We work with UN agencies, public authorities and NGOs to design and implement impactful strategies aimed at fostering positive behavioural change in challenging environments. Our mission is to create long-lasting, positive and grassroots change through media and communications to improve the lives and livelihoods of vulnerable communities across the globe. We believe that giving people the right information at the right time is a form of empowerment. It enables our audience to make the decisions most appropriate for themselves and their communities - and it can sometimes mean the difference between being a victim or a survivor.
We use information to help attain the Sustainable Development Goals by sharing knowledge, raising awareness, mitigating risks, enabling greater accountability and shaping humanitarian and development responses. We use the impact of storytelling to craft all sorts of communication tools but our expertise lies in data science and social media, which have created unprecedented opportunities to engage with audiences on a large scale. Indeed, we believe that the prevalence of mobile phones has shifted the rules around media, as technology makes it easier to connect with hard-to-reach and vulnerable communities.
